What is the message this system sends out to the leads?

I registered and didn't receive any leads. Why?

Did you pay? If you register but do not make a purchase via paypal, you will not get any leads. Filling out the registration form is just that. You have registered. That action does not give you leads. If you have any questions on how to use paypal to make payments, we have lots of details on our questions page at: http://cpads.com/faq.html (this page)

IMPORTANT: You can only register one time. If you have already registered, you will get an error message telling you that you are already registered.

I can't remember my paypal password. What do I do?

When you are on the paypal screen you have a few options to make your payment.

If this is your very first time using paypal, you must sign up (by clicking on the button that says "Sign Up.")

If you are already registered, you need to enter your email address and paypal password in the boxes provided and hit the "Continue" button.

If you have forgotten your paypal password, you want to click the link "Forget your password? " to the right of the paypal email box. The screen that appears will give you instructions on how to retrieve your paypal password.

I paid and received my paypal receipt but have not heard from you. Why?

Did you log into your report panel to see if you are getting leads? Because of the somewhat fragile nature of the internet, there are occasions when an email is sent and it never reaches the person it was supposed to go to. I received a slot completion message but am still owed leads. Why did I get that message?

You receive a slot completion message for every rotation that the system made on your behalf. That includes all the slots you purchase AND any bonus slots given to you. When you receive a completion message for a bonus slot, it is clearly marked in the body of the message that this is the completion of a bonus slot.

I received a lead with a bad phone number, bad email, missing data, incorrect country choice made by lead, etc. Is this considered a good lead?

There are many things we can do to get leads to come to our forms and fill them out but the one thing we cannot do is make them fill in totally proper information. For instance, many people do not want someone to call them but would prefer to be contacted by email so they will put in an incomplete or fake phone number. There is nothing we can do to stop that from happening. But if the phone number is not working, we will give you a replacement lead. Just send an email to info@cpads.com with all information. In order to qualify for a replacement lead, a request has to be submitted not later than 5 days after the delivery of that lead..

What do you consider the mandatory fields for a retail lead?

The only fields a lead must fill in are first and last name, email address and phone number and a lead is considered good if it can be reached - either by phone number or E-Mail. There will be times when the E-Mail is good and the phone is bad because a lead does not want to be called. This does not make for a bad lead.

I made referrals but don't seem to be getting credits. Why?

If you made referrals through our refer a friend system, your referrals were automatically given a referral code by the system. This referral code MUST be entered into the registration page for you to get credit. This is a completely automated process. If your referral doesn't enter that referral code into the system, it can't give you a credit.

It is important for you to understand the following point.

The referral system is completely automated and this is our policy with regard to the referral system.

The referral system is set up to give you one more tool to help your downline grow their business (which benefits you - even if you do not get free leads.) When your downline makes money, you make money.

If everyone follows the instructions, referral credits are given automatically but only if everyone follows instructions. If you refer someone to the system and that person does not use the referral code properly when signing up, no referral bonus is given because the system was not given the proper information.

It is your responsibility when making referrals to be sure that those you refer follow the instructions properly. If you have a concern, take a minute or two to call your referral after generating a referral code for that person and walk him or her through the signup process.

If instructions are not followed, no referral can be given. I cannot manually make the match. It must be done properly or no credit is given.

How exactly does Refer A Friend work?

This section of the FAQ gives full details on how the Refer A Friend system works and what you need to do to get referral credits.

First, it is important for you to understand what a referral number is and how it is used. Each referral number is unique to an individual referral. That means if you were referred, you have a referral number that is used only for you. DO NOT give it to others to use as it will not work. To give others a referral code, YOU MUST use the Refer A Friend system. This will generate a UNIQUE referral code for each person you refer.

Details of how to use the system.

1) The very first thing you need to do to make a referral is to go to the Refer A Friend page.

2) You MUST enter your name and the exact email address that you use to purchase leads at cpads.com in the designated fields. If you do not enter the email address you use to purchase leads in cpads.com when making a referral, you will not get a referral bonus because the system will not be able to find you when trying to process a referral registration/purchase.

3) You will enter the name and email address of the people you wish to refer in the designated Friend fields. The system will first check to see if anyone you referred is already in the system. If they are, no referral code will be generated and you will get a message telling you of this fact. If the referral is not in the system, a UNIQUE referral code will be generated for that person.

4) Once the system generates a UNIQUE referral code, it will do two things. First, it will send a message to the referral. That message is displayed on the bottom of the Refer A Friend page. Second, it will also show you the referral code sent to that person. It is always a good idea to communicate with the referred person to personally supply the referral code as some people do not read the entire email that is sent out closely enough to get the referral code. REMEMBER, it is your responsibility to be sure your referral does what is necessary for you to get a referral credit.

This is everything you need to do to make a referral.

Here is the rest of how the system works so you understand when you get the referral.

1) The person you refer goes to cpads.com to register.

2) In filling out the registration form, the very first entry box is called Referral Code in BIG RED LETTERS. The person MUST put in his or her UNIQUE referral code during registration to start the process of you earning a referral bonus. If the person does not enter the referral code, there is nothing that can be done later to correct this situation. No referral bonus will be given if instructions are not followed exactly.

3) At some future point, the referred person purchases leads. This action causes a referral bonus to be given provided all instructions were followed. This is a totally automatic process.

Please note that for each referral you can only earn one referral bonus of 5 leads, no matter how many times the referred person makes a purchase.

I received my leads. Now what do I do with them?

You need to contact each lead and try to make a sale. There are several sample scripts on the CPADS web site. They are there to help and guide you. Practice with them and feel free to make modifications to make the scripts work for you.

But most importantly, do not sit on the leads. They are interested right now. The quicker you can get in touch with them, the easier it will be to make a sale.

If you are uncertain how to proceed, the best source of information is in your upline. If the person directly above you is also still fairly new, go to the next level up and so on until you find someone successful who will help you. Keep bugging your upline and don't be shy about it. Remember that when you succeed, you put money in their pocket and if they are reluctant to help you, remind them of that fact!

Some of my leads are not interested or were contacted about my products before or I can't reach them. What should I do?

Whenever a lead generation system is used, whether it be a 3rd party system like CPADS or your own efforts at running classified ads, etc., there will always be a percentage of people who are just curious or who have already been exposed to your opportunity and are either members just seeing what other folks are doing or are folks who already decided your company isn't the business for them or are not at a point where they are willing to move ahead with a purchase at this time. Or perhaps they just can't be reached - either due to a vacation or a loss of interest between requesting information and your contact. Sometimes you are lucky and do real good with a set of leads and sometimes you do absolutely horribly. Converting leads to sales is always a numbers game. Someone who is really good and converts 1 in 10 or even 1 in 5 may sound really good but even that person can go through periods where 50 leads are contacted with no results from all that effort. But that person knows that it is just the luck of the draw at that given time and that in the long run, the ratios always balance out.

In other words, don't be discouraged if you have a bad run. It is just part of how prospecting works. Consider it good practice for when you get someone on the line who is really interested.

I signed up for leads for country XYZ but have leads from other countries. Why is this?

There are three different lead purchase options offered by CPADS. Depending on the option you purchased, you may or may not have chosen to get ONLY leads from your country. We offer one option which delivers 50% of the leads from the country or countries you choose. We offer a second option which delivers 80% of the leads from the country or countries you choose. And we offer an option which gives you 100% of your chosen country leads.

Therefore if you chose any option other than the 100% option, it is correct that you receive some leads from countries that you did not choose. And these leads can come in at any time. That means you may get some of the leads as the very first leads you purchase or you may get them at the end of your rotation or they can be scattered throughout the rotation. It is not an error to get foreign leads if you did not choose the 100% option.

Lastly, if you chose the 100% option, you may still get foreign leads as sometimes we just give away extra leads in the system to all our customers and these leads (which are marked as bonus leads) can be from anywhere in the world.

How do I change my registration details?

Changing your signup details is pretty easy. You want to log into your report program (link at the top of the page) and select the option that says "Edit your signup details" From there, you can change just about all the details you want for your registration. Just make the changes and hit the button at the bottom of the page and your account will be updated.

If you wish to change your login email address, there is a separate function called "Change login email address". Click on that link and you can change that email address. It is separate from the other function as it has to do a lot of work. It actually has to edit all your lead records, etc. to be sure everything still works for you.

Is there any way I can get Free Leads?

You can also just send your friends a message to tell them about the system and ask them to use your email address (the one you use when you log into the system) as the referral code. That will also give you credit for the lead.

We give 5 leads for every referral who becomes one of our customers (i.e. who actually makes a purchase.)

Can I buy leads for another person?

1. If the person is not already using the wheel, send them to http://cpads.com/register.html and ask them to fill out all the information. As if they want to order a slot. But they only click on "Proceed to Step 2" and then leave the site. If they are already registered, ask them to send you their login information (email, password for cpads.com).
2. The person receives an email with their password.
3. The person forwards that email to you.
4. You then go to http://cpads.com/purchase.html , the Fast Sign Up Page.
5. You key in the persons email and password.
6. You select the number of slots.
7. You continue until you come to the paypal section
8. You key in your paypal-email and paypal-password and pay for the slot(s)

How long do I have to wait until I get my leads?

You will begin to receive your leads shortly. Depending on traffic situations and country selections, this could take several days to a week+ before you start receiving leads.

I want leads from more than one country. Can I do this?

There are two ways you can get leads for different countries. One way will guarantee that you receive leads from each country you choose and the other way won't. Both are explained below.
1. The only way to guarantee that you will receive leads from a specific country is to purchase a slot with that country as the only country chosen. If you do that, you will receive either 100% of your leads from that particular country or 80% of your leads from that particular country depending on the option you choose when making your purchase.
2. You also have the option of choosing multiple countries for one slot. You may do this by holding down the "ctrl" key on your keyboard and using your mouse to click on each country you wish to receive leads from. However, just because you pick several countries, there is no guarantee how many leads you get from each country. You could very possibly choose 5 different countries for one slot and find that you receive leads from just one of the 5 countries that you have chosen.

I filled out the signup form to buy another slot and it didn't let me. Why?


You use the signup form on just your first purchase. This sets up your account for you. From that point, you click on the link at the top of the signup form to purchase additional slots. All you need to enter is your email address and password and you are ready to make your purchase. It is our "speed purchase" feature.

Can I choose the country of origination for my leads?


Yes, we support the ability to get country specific leads. We have three payment plans available for a slot.

For non-country specific leads
When you choose this option, you get leads from any country in the world where we allow leads. The advantage of this method is that you will get your leads very quickly. The disadvantage is that you will have some number of leads from countries you may not desire.
For country preferred leads
When you choose this option, we guarantee that you will receive 80% of your leads from the country (or countries) you choose on the signup form as your lead countries. The other 20% can be from anywhere else in the world and some may be from your country choices so you may get even more than 80%. The disadvantage of this choice is that your lead delivery time will be a bit slower than the first option above.
For country specific leads
In this option, we guarantee that you receive only leads from the country (or countries) you choose on the signup form. It will guarantee that you know where every lead will come from but this is the slowest way of filling your advertising order.

How can I change my email or credit card on paypal.com?


1. Go to PayPal.com
2. Log in to your account with your old email and password.
3. Click on the tab "Profile"
4. Click on "(More..)" behind Email Address
5. Click on "Add"
6. Key in your new Email Address
7. Select your new Email
8. Click on "Make Primary"
9. Go Back and do the same routine for your Credit Card

How can I change my Bank Account with Paypal?

1. Log into your account at http://paypal.com with your email and password.
2. Click on the tab "Profile". There you will find a link "Bank Account (...more)".
3. Click on that "more" Link. Then your bank account will be displayed.
4. Below that you will find buttons "Remove" "Make Primary" "Confirm" "Add" Click on "add". Key in your new bankaccount.
5. Go back to the page where the bankaccount(s) are listed.
6. Select the new bankaccount.
7. Click on "Make Primary".
8. Then click on "confirm", with the new Bank Account selected.

How do I get my leads?


1. go to Report
2. key in your email and password (created by you during the signup process)
3. This will give you a menu of report options.
4. If you forgot your password, you can follow the link on the report page to request your password be sent to you.

Report Types:
You can request to receive either a full report of all your leads or a report of all your leads since your last full report was run. Additionally, you can get them in a table format which is good for printing or a "comma delimited" format which you can use to import into a PC application like a local database.

Full Report - A full report will show you all the leads you have ever gotten from all your purchase at cpads.com. Running a full report resets the "new leads report" flag. That means that if you run a full report and then immediately after that run a new leads report, the new leads report will be empty.

New Leads Report - This report will show you all the new leads you received since you ran your last full report. For instance, if you have been using cpads.com for two weeks and last ran a full report two days ago, running a new leads report will show leads only from the last two days. Running a new leads report does not reset the new leads report flag. As long as you do not run a full report, your new leads reports will be inclusive of every lead you receive. Once you run a full leads report, your new leads report will only contain the leads that have been assigned to you from the last time you ran the full report. (Remember, you can always get all your leads by running a full report.)

Common problems accessing reports:
1. Wrong email address used (must be the one you used when signing up for leads.)
2. Email address spelled wrong
4. Wrong password. Request that the system send you your password again.
