Makeup is such a fun thing to apply and experiment with. Makeup can be used for all sorts of things. Its main use is to enhance a girl’s features. For example, make your eyes stand out more, cover up unwanted blemishes, add color to your face and lips. Makeup has been around for a long time. In the ancient days of history women used to use charcoal for eyeliner and used certain berries to stain their lips. Since the ancient days makeup has become way more developed but its purpose remains basically the same. To enhance a girl’s or woman’s features.

There are all sorts of ways to apply makeup and all sorts of different things one can do with makeup. Some girls misunderstand the concept of makeup and they think that they have to wear makeup or else they will be ugly. This is totally not true. Yes, makeup does make one look prettier if applied right or to the right degree. But makeup can also make one look fake and very unnatural. Men prefer natural beauty versus overly done makeup.

Some people tend to apply loads and loads of foundation onto their faces. First off this isn’t good for your face because it can’t really breathe under all those layer of makeup and secondly it doesn’t look good, it just looks fake. Too much black eyeliner is another thing that a lot of girls do. This doesn’t look that good either. Since when a person looks at you their attention immediately goes to the pounds and pounds of eyeliner on your eyes.

One can still look good without piling on the makeup. There is a way to apply makeup where it enhances your features but at the same time doesn’t look fake. When putting on makeup choose one feature that you would like to stand out, like your lips, eyes or cheekbones. After you have chosen your feature, experiment with all different sorts of makeup styles and find the one that you like best. If you chose to make your eyes stand out then don’t apply a very out there lip color. Just make sure your face looks nice and balanced.

Makeup is supposed to be fun so if you ever get bored with your look try and change something up. For example my favorite makeup is mascara. I absolutely love it. I have over 25 different kinds. But I was getting a little bit bored of only black mascara so I tried out this amazing blue that makes my eyes totally pop. If you love eyeliner and you are getting bored of only neutral colors, have a little fun and get some color eyeliners! Don’t ever be serious with makeup, makeup works and looks the best when you have fun with it and when you don’t overdo it!

One of the most discouraging things in regards to your body can be if it is overweight. It just totally makes you uncomfortable in certain situations, like going to the beach or swimming. It can be so irritating being overweight especially if most of your friends are super skinny. If you are overweight you can feel so self-conscious especially around boys. Even though being overweight sounds completely terrible, don’t worry! I have some great things that can help you get rid of your extra weight.

One of the most important things to do when trying to lose weight is to focus on eating healthy. This means, cutting out all those bags of chips, cookies, candy, soda, ice cream and other unhealthy eating habits that you may have acquired through the years. It might seem terrible not to be able to eat all those things, but in the end it will all be so worth it.

Another very important thing is to exercise. And by exercise I mean, running, swimming, sports or something that will really get your heart going and really moves your whole body. You don’t have to exercise everyday, if you don’t want to. But at least do it three times a week. Exercising might seem like a total pain but when you actually start doing it, it can be really fun. I recommend exercising with a friend or listening to upbeat music, that way it adds some more fun into it. Also after exercising you feel so good and refreshed. It’s very invigorating.

I know a main problem with people losing weight is that they do crazy diets with which they lose a lot of weight but right after that they gain it all back. I highly discourage doing crazy diets to lose weight. There is a way better way, which will help you lose weight as well as get you healthy and also will keep the weight off. The way to do this is all explained in a book called “ Eat to Live” by Joel Fuhrman. I read this book and after following what Dr. Fuhrman says to do I lost all my extra weight and now am totally happy with my body.

One more thing, the first step to losing your extra weight is realizing that you have extra weight and just acknowledging that fact, then deciding to do something about it.

Acne is one of those things that can totally ruin your look or your mood. It can be the most irritating thing to have. There are just all those pimples that seem like they will never go away and no matter how many products you try the pimples just keep coming back. I used to be a hopeless girl and I thought that I would always be cursed with acne. But then I finally found something that made my acne disappear. It is a combination of three things.

The first thing I did was I changed my eating habits. I stopped eating sugar and unhealthy things. I started eating way more fruits and vegetables. I also started drinking lots of water. Changing the way I ate was the main thing that made my acne start disappearing.

Another thing I did was I started washing my face with tea tree oil face wash. Tea tree oil is an oil that makes blemishes fade. Right after I started using this face wash I noticed a tremendous difference.

The third thing that helped get rid of my acne was sunshine. I went to the beach a lot or just sat out in the sun for a little bit. The sun is good for your skin because it persuades your body to produce vitamin D. Vitamin D heals scars and blemishes. Of course too much sun isn’t that good for you. But a little bit will definitely do you good.

So just to summarize, my acne went away after eating really healthy, using tea tree oil face wash and going out in the sun.

Maybe yours wont completely go away after doing exactly what I did, since every body is different. But I guarantee that if you eat healthy and you use tea tree oil you will see a definite improvement.

For every girl the things that you can get while on your period are different. Some girls experience discomforts and some don’t experience any discomforts at all. One of the most common discomforts girls experience are stomach cramps. These are muscle spasms that occur in the lower stomach area due to the different things going on in your body during the menstrual cycle. Some girls experience lower back pains of all different sorts. Some pains are very sharp and last only for a little and some are not so sharp and last for a while. Something that helps with the back pains is doing some light stretching or swimming.

Some girls experience tremendous food cravings. For example, some girls must absolutely have chocolate. Its incredible, your body just wants some specific food. Some girls crave salty foods or ice cream. Its nothing bad and you shouldn’t worry about it.

There are probably more discomforts that one could experience in addition to the ones that I mentioned. But something to keep in mind is that sometimes you can have all the discomforts at once, or maybe you just get some of them and there are those times when you could get none of them. If you don’t experience any discomfort while on your period or before it, that is totally fine and is something you should be happy about.

One tip that I can give from experience is that while you are on your period you should get plenty of food and rest, also drink lots of water. I discourage taking any sort of medication to ease the pain from your period. If you just eat healthy and take Calcium Magnesium you should be fine.
